Cheswold is a new real estate investment firm without any legacy investments. We are seeking Operating Partners with whom we will be able to pursue an investment strategy that identifies and seizes present day opportunities.

The firm’s target markets include high-density urban infill locations that exhibit these characteristics:

• Extensive transportation networks
• High barriers to new supply
• Long-term institutional liquidity

Cheswold rigorously follows these core operating principles:

• Local operating partners are actively involved in each transaction.
• Intellectual discipline and strict due diligence are applied to all investment concepts.
• We invest in areas in which the partners have substantial experience – areas offering long-term institutional liquidity such as major metropolitan areas from Boston to Washington, DC; South Florida; Chicago; San Francisco and Los Angeles.
• Targeted urban and suburban submarkets are locations where Cheswold has a clear competitive advantage.
